We provide maintenance parts in service bases in Japan and at local subsidiaries overseas. We have implemented a system to promptly make supplies according to the customer requests, with the stocking and arrangement of parts conducted by a specialized parts center, and parts stored in 17 support bases in Japan and overseas. In addition, our CE Stock Manager System is effective as a BCP measure as our engineers can share the stock status worldwide on the web, thus enabling responses during emergencies. We stock the appropriate quantity of parts by operating the MRP (Material Requirements Planning System).
In cutting-edge equipment, many precision parts and special use parts are employed. For this reason, regarding export of parts, meticulous care is required concerning export restrictions and environmental problems due to daily changing political circumstances, etc.
All Tokyo Seimitsu group companies put strict observance of compliance first and foremost by carrying out Export Control Department inspections when exporting, based on the rules strictly prescribed in the company. As a superior exporter, Tokyo Seimitsu has received approval as an AEO (Authorized Economic Operator) from Tokyo Customs and has acquired a Special General Bulk Export License from the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry. Consequently, we can perform export administration promptly.
