As announced on the Company's website on September 17th, 2021, TOKYO SEIMITSU CO., LTD. (the Company) had submitted an application to the Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc. to select the Prime Market as the new market segment.
The Company announces that, in the "Listed Companies' Market Segment Selection Results" released by Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc. on January 11th, 2022, the Company will shift to the "Prime Market" as of April 4th, 2022.
