8. Information Management and Protection

ACCRETECH Officers and Employees should manage and protect any confidential or personal information related to management, sales, and engineering according to local laws and internal rules to prevent leakage, theft, or falsification, and should not use such information for any reason other than legitimate purposes. ACCRETECH Officers and Employees should not take out or disclose such information without permission.

ACCRETECH Officers and Employees should not take out, use, or disclose any confidential or personal information without permission even after they leave ACCRETECH Group.

To obtain confidential or personal information, ACCRETECH Group shall use proper methods according to local laws, such as disclosing the purpose of use and obtaining prior consent from authorized persons.

ACCRETECH Group properly shall manage any information received from third parties such as customers, suppliers, or other business partners, and shall not use such information for any purpose other than legitimate purposes in the same manner as with its own information according to local laws and internal regulations.

Stakeholders such suppliers are required to understand and cooperate to do the same.
