Announcement on Tokyo Seimitsu’s Exhibition and Technical Presentation at SWTest Asia 2024

Tokyo Seimitsu will be an exhibitor at SWTest Asia 2024, a two-day international conference focused on semiconductor wafer and die level testing to be held in Fukuoka on October 24-25, 2024.
We will also give a technical presentation themed on “Challenge and Solutions in Wafer Testing from Perspective of Power Semiconductor Back-End Processes and Modules” jointly with TESEC Corporation.

With over 30 years of history in the U.S., the Semiconductor Wafer Test Conference (SWTest) is the only international event that focuses on semiconductor wafer and die level testing. Following Taiwan that hosted the conference last year, Japan will hold its first-ever SWTest Asia 2024 event this year.
