ROBOT TECHNOLOGY JAPAN 2022

Over the four days of June 30 (Thu)–July 2 (Sat), 2022 ACCRETECH participated in the ROBOT TECHNOLOGY JAPAN 2022 exhibition (organized by News Digest Publishing Co., Ltd.) held at Aichi Sky Expo (Aichi International Convention & Exhibition Center). Under the theme “Pioneering the future of manufacturing: ACCRETECH,” we showcased a measurement automation package that links measuring machines to collaborative robots that loading workpieces. We also proposed measurement solutions that can save on labor and power in a variety of environments, such as within the machining line or in inspection rooms. As a first-ever attempt, we held an event that combined product presentation and a booth tour, which attracted far more participants than expected.
At the booth, we proposed three one-stop solutions for signature ACCRETECH automation systems:
1.
The Full-Custom Package, which offers complete automation and unmanned measuring that cater to customer specifications and requests. Consolidating all machining, transfer, and inspection processes in one place, this custom package enables high throughput with minimum manpower and better productivity.
2.
The Advanced Package, which has collaborative robots take the place of human operators in transferring workpieces and operating measuring machines. This package can be semi-customized to sync up with existing peripherals, etc. Its automated measuring improves the efficiency of inspecting high volumes of mass production.
3.
The Basic Package, which is designed for customers who are thinking of introducing an automation system for the first implementation. This entry-level package offers automated workpiece transfer using collaborative robots to save on labor and manpower for task procedures.
As global competition intensifies along with expectations for cost and quality, it is more necessary than ever to address labor shortages and diversify working styles. The key to solving such conflicting issues is to increase efficiency in manufacturing. ACCRETECH will continue to propose automation and labor-saving measurement solutions that enable more efficient manufacturing via measuring instruments.
