Bore Gauge for ATC
This is Wireless bore gauge for ATC(Automatic tool changer).
In-line measuring has realized by install the bore gauge on tool magazine like a machining center as same as cutting tools. Bore gauge measures and controls precision hole and deep hole in high accuracy without changeover.
Scalability
Compatible with fieldbus. It’s easy to connect to CNC and PLC.
General-purpose tool holder is usable
Bore gauge is compatible for the shank standard like BT, HSK, CAPTO and KM. It can be installed to your currently using machining center without no change.
I.D Measurement Application
Maximum 16 wireless bore gauges can be installed to a machining center.
Measuring head is customized to meet to measuring application.
High precision hole measurement
Small type digital measuring head is installed.
Bore gauge head is simple and it has a high freedom of shape with high precision measuring.
