Energy-Sharing Charge & Discharge Test Equipment
We propose new charge & discharge test equipment with low power consumption and low running cost that can contribute to carbon neutrality.
Energy sharing system enabling effective use of battery discharge energy
Adopted energy-saving power conversion system that allows sharing and utilization of surplus energy between equipment and between channels, instead of regenerating the energy for commercial power supply. Enables energy saving by a maximum of 30% depending on the equipment operating status (*Compared to our previous products)
Making the equipment 100% operational by fully utilizing unused power supply equipment and output channels
After installing the equipment, by connecting unused output channels and non-operating equipment to the customer's untested batteries and executing energy-sharing mode*
*1, energy consumption of the whole system is levelled off and an operating rate of 100% is achieved.
All data storage (ADS) function
Measurement data of the battery are constantly stored in the NAS server dedicated to each equipment, and can be output at any sampling time according to customer requirement after the evaluation test. The data are constantly stored in the server without depending on the control PC. (Standard: 10 ms data of 24 channels for about 3 months' operation are stored.) The internal server supports capacity expansion* and RAID* (*Optional)
One control PC can control multiple (up to 15) charge & discharge equipment
Multiple (up to 15) equipment can be centrally controlled by one control PC. Secured by the backup measures inside the equipment, even if the control PC fails, charge-discharge testing is not suspended.
*Test data are stored in the intermal server
High-accuracy measurement, high-speed current response, and wide charge/discharge voltage range
Delivers voltage/current measurement accuracy of +0.05% (4 ranges) and current response of 1 ms (@CC mode). Charging and discharging are possible in a wide voltage range (-6V to +6V).
