2. Respect for Human Rights

ACCRETECH Group shall respect basic human rights.

ACCRETECH Officers and Employees should respect personality and uniqueness of all stakeholders, accept diversity and not discriminate based on gender, age, nationality, ethnicity, race, mental/physical disability, culture, religion, ideological/political belief, birth and origin.

No ACCRETECH Officers and Employees may offend others or ignore the integrity of individuals with sexual or any form of harassment, abuse of authority or dominant position, verbal assault, jokes, or sexual advances.

ACCRETECH Group shall comply with labor laws in areas it operates, respects the basic rights of workers, and shall not infringe them. In any business situation, ACCRETECH Group shall not engage in unlawful or improper act such as unfair or forced labor practice or use of child labor. Stakeholders such as suppliers and business partners are also required understanding and cooperation to comply with labor laws, respect and protect workers’ basic rights and eliminate any unlawful or improper act.

ACCRETECH Group shall provide an environment where employees can show their capability and achieve self-realization, and evaluate the performance based on objective and fair criteria. ACCRETECH Group shall assist employees to improve their ability through education/training and other systems.
