The ZEISS PRISMO® series, high-accuracy coordinate measuring machines manufactured by Carl Zeiss and sold by Tokyo Seimitsu, have recently undergone a model change.
The ZEISS PRISMO® series are coordinate measuring machines, which have been recognized worldwide for 30 years as representing high-speed scanning measurement and top-class accuracy. The ZEISS PRISMO® lineup includes the standard type ZEISS PRISMO®, the high-accuracy type ZEISS PRISMO® verity, the ultra-high-accuracy type ZEISS PRISMO® ultra, and the field-installation type ZEISS PRISMO® fortis. They have been responding to high-level and diverse quality control needs in a wide range of applications, including automobiles, aircraft, machine tools, industrial equipment, medical equipment, and master gauges.
In this model change, while the basic structure of the main unit that produces high accuracy and the "active scanning" technology that achieves high-accuracy and high-speed measurement by maintaining a constant measuring force are retained, various new functions and improvements have been added to further improve measurement efficiency and achieve a high level of safety.

ZEISS PRISMO® 7/12/7 fortis aero has been newly added to the lineup to meet the growing need for high-accuracy and high-speed measurement of aircraft components such as blades and blisks. The ZEISS PRISMO® 7/12/7 fortis aero is equipped with the new function ZEISS VAST Rotary Table, which significantly increases the rotational speed of the table, and the embedded rotary table RT-AB. High-speed 4 axis scanning measurement, the combination of these features, enables extremely efficient measurement of blades, blisks, and other components.
