A detector holder with a wide range of measurement
For measurements such as of a workpiece with a flange or of the inner diameter of a thick workpiece, developed so that the R-axis arm and the workpiece do not interfere is the offset type detector. For the offset type detector holder, we also provide a CNC type, and since it can automatically control the detector’s posture when measuring inner and outer diameters, upper and lower surfaces, tapered surfaces, and so on, the measurement efficiency is greatly increased. In addition, the detector holder can be customized to meet customer requests.
A variety of workpiece shapes can be handled with various styluses
As well as the general straight stylus, we provide various styluses such as the L-type stylus for groove measurements, the T-shaped stylus that can measure both roundness and roughness, and the crank stylus that is optimal when measuring the inner diameter of a narrow hole. You can also select materials for the stylus tip other than the general carbide ball, such as ruby and sapphire, to handle various shapes and materials. In addition, the detector holder can be customized to meet customer requests.
