Automatic Zero Set for Different Diameters within 10 mm
The changing of setup for diameters within 10 mm is fully automatic, and zero set is possible with only a signal input to the control unit. In processing lines with many types of workpieces, for example, this gage can significantly shorten the setup time.
Automatic Retract Adjustment
The retract stroke is selectable between 0.1 mm and 0.3 mm. In this way, the operation can be performed without interference, even when the clearance from the grinding wheel is small.
Compatible with up to 40 Sizes
By pre-registering the workpieces, 40 different types of workpieces can be automatically measured.
