New ATC Runout Detection System RD10 is used to detect abnormal runout of the tool caused by entering the tool taper and to prevent machining defects. Significantly improved operability and performance enables high-precision and high-speed measurement.

Up to 100 tools can be registered (conventionally up to 32).

Intuitive Simple Operability
The application has an intuitive and simple user interface, allowing everyone toexperience more comfortable operability. It's possible to switch to the desiredoperation with "one click". There is also a password lock function, therefore norisk of settings being changed carelessly.

Labor-saving of the Maintenance activities
Assess remote site status in real-time via an Ethernet connection, and alleviate the burden of site patrols.

"Sensor Check" function allows you to quickly check the sensor status, enabling quick recoveryfrom failures. It is now possible to utilize past data from defects by chip biting and quickly analyzethe cause of abnormality. This is a new function that has never existed before.

Operational Stability
The operating ambient temperature is 0-50℃ (Conventionally 0-40℃).
Operation is stable in summer and in places with high ambient temperatures.

Display Unit (option)
By using the optional display unit, you can check the measurement results right in front of you.
In addition, all other operations such as sensor adjustment and grading point setting can be performed with this one unit.
