Our system prevents a machining defect by detecting vibrations in the tool caused by chips biting against the tool taper.

Site visit appointment

Please contact us by phone or email to schedule a suitable day and time for a site visit.

Preliminary check

A service technician will visit your site to check various pre-installation items, including identifying the model and available I/O ports, checking the ladder, and identifying the controller position.

Estimate

An estimate will be provided covering the identified specifications based on the Preliminary check.

Installation work

We supply the sensors (including brackets), controller, and ladder and perform the installation work.

Confirmation and handling instructions

After installation, the system is tested and operating instructions are provided.
