P103
This equipment uses the high-flow pump to inject and mix additives into the cutting water by setting the desired stroke volume (the amount of fluid that the pump shaft pushes out at a time).
Dropping is synchronized with the cutting water turned ON and OFF. The equipment is operated remotely from the dicing machine.
Features
The amount of additive corresponding to a desired stroke volume can be dropped
Beginning with the P102E, the equipment uses a diaphragm pump capable of dropping additive in a wide flow rate range. The dropping amount can be controlled as desired by adjusting the dropping amount multiplied by the number of strokes.
Use of a diaphragm pump
The pump feeds liquid indirectly while changing its volume by moving the diaphragm back and forth. This makes additive less prone to fix to the pump.
Reduced footprint design
A polyethylene tank of a certain size can be installed in the equipment.
Automatic operation from the dicing machine is supported
The concentration can be changed from the dicing machine side.
Dropping amount interlock
The dropping amount can be monitored using a precision flow rate sensor.
